Questions and answers
The ones people actually ask us. If something is missing — write to us.
Getting started
How do I get an account?
Someone in your household invites you by email. The invitation is the account — no public sign-up, no password to choose.
What if nobody has invited me?
Alpha testing is under way and we are not taking sign-ups yet. The waiting list opens soon — it will be announced on the home page.
How many people can be in one household?
Five. The roles are owner, adult, and summaries only.
Modules
Do I have to turn all the modules on?
No. Turn on only the ones you need — the price does not change either way. Turning one off leaves the others alone.
Which module works today?
Home. Money is nearly ready, Pets is in design, Health is planned — each module carries its status on the Modules page.
Budget and banks
Does it connect to my bank?
No, and it never will. A CSV or XLSX statement is enough — no risk, and no access to your money.
Which banks do you accept statements from?
Any Polish bank that lets you download history as CSV or XLSX. We recognise the format on import.
What if I import something twice?
Every import is one batch. You can find it, filter it out and undo it even six months later.
Data and privacy
Where is our data kept?
In the European Union. A full export to a file is available at any moment, without asking us first.
Who in the household sees the budget?
It depends on the role. Owner and adult see everything; the "summaries only" role sees totals without transaction detail.
Do you sell data or show ads?
No. A subscription keeps us running — which is the only reason we never have to do either.
What happens if we leave?
You take an export and go. Leaving a household never deletes your course progress.
Pricing
What does it cost?
Nothing during the alpha. The price after launch will be confirmed before launch — one amount for the whole household, up to five people.
Is it charged per person?
No. You pay for the household, so nobody has to decide who is allowed to look at the budget.
Are the courses extra?
No — both courses (41 lessons) are included in the subscription.
In practice
Is there a mobile app?
Ogarniamy runs in the browser on a phone and on a computer. There is no separate app store build for now.
Are there points, streaks and leaderboards?
There are not, and there will not be. Chores are morally neutral — nobody failed here.
